Senior Associate — Regulatory & Compliance

BlackBay Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Regulatory Law practice. You will advise on ASIC, ACCC, and APRA investigations, regulatory compliance, and enforcement proceedings. This role offers the chance to work on complex regulatory matters for corporate clients.

- 4-8 years PQE in regulatory, compliance, or financial services law
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- Experience with ASIC, ACCC, or APRA matters
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-party matters
