Join a high-profile digital transformation initiative focused on modernising and improving service delivery across Queensland's justice system. Working within the Digital Services and Programs team, you will play a key role in shaping business requirements, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of contemporary digital solutions across courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, documentation, use case development and data modelling
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to gather and validate business and functional requirements
- Analyse and document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of user stories, business requirements and project delivery activities
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and outcome reporting




- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities

Key Skills:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering software development projects
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced BPMN process modelling experience and proficiency with tools such as MS Visio
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into functional requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments
- Understanding of legal, court or tribunal business processes will be highly regarded
