Senior Contracts Administrator - Major Water Infrastructure Project Major Water Infrastructure Project | Goldfields WA | FIFO 2:1 | $150k-$180k + Super + 30% Site Uplift

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a major water infrastructure project in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

The project is being delivered by a leading international infrastructure and engineering contractor with a strong track record across major water, energy, transport and infrastructure projects.

The Project A major reservoir duplication project increasing storage capacity from 400 ML to 800 ML, including:

- Construction of two current concrete-lined reservoir cells
- Major earthworks and embankments
- Liners, filters and associated civil works
- Large-scale concrete structures
- Structural steel, precast and roofing works
- Large-diameter inlet, outlet and scour pipework
- Associated drainage, overflow, bypass and infrastructure works

The Role As Senior Contracts Administrator, you will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of major project work packages, including:

- Managing head and subcontractor contracts
- Commercial administration and contract compliance
- Variations, claims, extensions of time and notices
- Procurement and subcontractor negotiations




- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Commercial risk and opportunity management
- Supporting project and construction teams with contractual matters
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders

About You

You Will Have

- Significant experience as a Contracts Administrator / Senior Contracts Administrator on major Australian construction projects
- Experience managing complex civil, infrastructure, water, mining or resources contracts
- Strong knowledge of AS contracts and commercial processes
- Demonstrated experience with variations, claims, EOTs and commercial negotiations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Australian major-project construction experience

Experience across major water infrastructure, civil construction, earthworks, concrete or resources projects will be highly regarded.
