We’re looking for a Senior Carpenter ready to lead from the tools as a Technical Build Lead — someone who’s respected by trades, passionate about quality, and committed to driving projects forward.

This is a role for leaders who still love the tools, but thrive on guiding teams, managing standards, and ensuring the craftsmanship speaks for itself.

? The Role:

- Hands-on leadership of carpentry works: framing, fixing, finishing, cabinetry, decking
- Partner with your Site Supervisor to drive five live projects, coordinating in-house trades
- Ensure quality, speed, and five-star reviews on every job
- Mentor apprentices, guide carpenters, and set the benchmark for how things get done
- Work within a structured system — with AI-driven scheduling and workflow support to keep things clean and efficient

- Strong across trade coordination and sequencing
