Lead enterprise-wide change across a major Queensland Government transformation program. /n Your new company /n I'm partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation delivering a significant ICT-enabled business transformation program. This high-profile initiative is focused on improving workforce management capabilities and embedding sustainable business process change across a complex operational environment.

/n As the program progresses through a critical implementation phase, an experienced Change Lead is required to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness and long-term change outcomes.

/n Your new role /n As the Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of change management activities that support the successful implementation of a large-scale workforce management transformation program. Working closely with Business Transformation teams, Change Specialists and key stakeholders, you will drive engagement, communication and adoption strategies to ensure successful and sustainable change.

/n Key responsibilities include: /n /n

- Leading change management implementation activities across the program /n
- Delivering stakeholder engagement and communication strategies /n
- Supporting business readiness, user adoption and benefits realisation /n
- Conducting change impact assessments and developing targeted interventions /n
- Managing change risks, issues and resistance strategies /n
- Developing and delivering change collateral, toolkits and communications /n
- Coaching and mentoring project team members in change management practices /n
- Collaborating with program teams to implement new business processes and operating models /n
- Supporting the evaluation and sustainability of change outcomes /n What you'll need to succeed /n





/nYou will be an experienced Change Management professional with a proven track record of delivering successful transformation initiatives within large and complex organisations./n

/nTo be successful, you will demonstrate:/n

/n /n

- Extensive experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Organisational Change roles /n
- Proven success delivering large-scale business or ICT-enabled transformation programs /n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels /n
- Experience managing change impacts, resistance management and business readiness activities /n
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities /n
- Experience working across multiple priorities within complex project environments /n
- The ability to build capability through coaching and mentoring others /n
- Experience within workforce management, HR or payroll transformation programs will be highly regarded /n
- Relevant Change Management or Project Management qualifications are desirable /n What you'll get in return /n
