Senior Change Manager | Federal Government | Canberra

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a major Cyber Security Uplift program supporting significant organisational and technology change.

Canberra ACT | Hybrid after initial 6 weeks onsite

S tart: January 2027

12-month contract | Up to 24 months

EL1 equivalent

NV1 clearance required / must be able to obtain

What you’ll be doing

- Lead organisational change across major cyber security initiatives
- Develop and implement change strategies, plans and communications
- Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, risks and dependencies
- Work closely with senior executives, technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support recent operating models, governance, processes and ways of working
- Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops and change readiness




- Build change capability and support knowledge transfer

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ change management experience
- Strong experience delivering complex ICT transformation
- Federal Government experience highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working across multi-stream programs
- Change management qualification such as Prosci, Change Management Institute or equivalent
- Cyber security / vulnerability management experience highly desirable
- Experience with Rapid7, Tenable, Archer or similar is a bonus
