The role For civil design drafters, never before has the development of infrastructure in Australia been at such a defining crossroad. We are standing in the heart of a once-in-a-generation transformation of how infrastructure can be scoped, innovated, designed, and delivered. We are a team of around 40 people, mostly in Brisbane, and the strength of our people has seen Phronis pursue, and secure, significant opportunities on a number of energy, renewables, water, and mine infrastructure projects, across all phases of the project life cycle (from concept, FEED, detailed design, construction delivery and operations). This opportunity should appeal to experienced civil designer drafters, ready to be challenged to their full potential who:

- have relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering
- technically can demonstrate real experience in 12D and/or Civil3D design and have some experience in drawing preparation in AutoCAD
- have an exposure in 3D design of civil infrastructure earthworks (some dams, levees, roads, rail embankments, drainage channels and /or pipelines would be particularly exciting; some TMR experience would also mean you could hit the ground running).
- are willing to grow and mentor recent capability through actively mentoring and developing the skills of our cadet drafters, shaping the emerging potential of our team.
