Achieve Something Great Join the South Western Sydney Local Health District Digital Health and Clinical Systems team as a Senior Clinical Business Analyst and help shape the future of healthcare technology and clinical information systems.
In this influential role, you will lead the review, analysis and optimisation of clinical workflows, business processes and digital health solutions that support safe, efficient and patient-centred care across one of NSW's largest health districts. Working closely with clinicians, operational leaders, technical teams, eHealth NSW and external vendors, you will contribute to major system enhancements and projects that improve healthcare delivery, operational efficiency and organisational performance.
As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, governance activities, business case development and benefits realisation initiatives across a diverse Digital Health portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, influence meaningful change and deliver technology-enabled solutions that make a real difference to both patient outcomes and staff experience.
Are You the Right Fit? The ideal candidate will bring a clinical background together with extensive experience analysing and improving clinical and business processes within a large health or hospital environment. You are an accomplished business analyst with demonstrated expertise in process redesign, workflow documentation, stakeholder engagement and change management, and have successfully supported the delivery of Digital Health, ICT or clinical systems projects that enhance healthcare outcomes and service delivery.
You build trusted relationships with clinicians, executives, technical teams and external partners, and are confident influencing and negotiating positive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups. A proactive problem solver with a strong customer and service focus,
you thrive in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities effectively. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to translate complex technical concepts into clear, meaningful information for clinical, operational and executive audiences, helping drive successful project outcomes and organisational improvement.
