Senior Contract Administrator for a data centreYour new company An expanding organisation delivering large-scale, mission-critical construction projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its procurement and contracts function. You will support commercially sound project outcomes across pre-contract and post-contract activities.

Your new role

Working closely with senior commercial, procurement and project stakeholders, you will assist with cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract administration, variations, reporting and risk management across civil, structural, architectural and MEP packages.

- Assist with Bills of Quantities, scopes of work and tender schedules for CSA, MEP and specialist packages.
- Support procurement strategy, contractor shortlisting, RFP processes and tender clarifications.
- Complete cost benchmarking, market analysis, proposal reviews and pre-award support.
- Administer contractor and specialist vendor packages and monitor commitments against approved budgets.
- Review progress claims, payment applications, contract deliverables and change notifications.
- Support variation assessments, rate analysis, negotiations and commercial recommendations.
- Maintain cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete models.
- Identify commercial risks, scope gaps and schedule impacts,



maintaining accurate audit-ready records.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3-6 years of quantity surveying experience within data centres, industrial or large-scale construction.

- Working knowledge of CSA and MEP scopes.
- Experience supporting procurement, variation assessment and contract administration.
- Familiarity with recognised construction contract forms such as FIDIC, PAM or similar.
- Robust analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
