We service over 400+ food service customers, major supermarkets, airlines across Australia, and export to 9 countries worldwide. /n /n About the role /n We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to manage our major retail accounts by ensuring accurate order logistics, prompt problem-solving, and efficient demand forecasting. If you are a customer-focused qualified who can solve challenges quickly, then this is the right role for you.

This role is full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Process orders and resolve delivery issues for major national retailers.

/n

- Manage escalated customer complaints.

/n

- Determine monthly specials by considering seasonality, stock and new products.

/n

- Review sales trends to forecast product demand and design monthly promotions.

/n





- Coordinate with internal teams to set up new customer accounts and product launches.

/n

- Assist in the onboarding of new customers.

- Previous experience in a customer service role.

- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

- Effective communication skills both over the phone and in person.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage more complex enquiries
