Your new role

As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, feasibility assessments and tender submissions across townhouse and multi-residential projects. Working closely with the construction, design and development teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within residential construction
- Strong exposure to townhouse, unit, apartment or medium-density developments
- Excellent knowledge of construction costs,



trade pricing and procurement
- Ability to prepare accurate cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
