Our client is an experienced Residential Developer and Builder specialising in detached wholesale housing projects, and special projects ranging from units, townhouses and high end architectural homes.

About the Position An opportunity currently exists for an Estimator to join the team supporting the Projects team and working on 10-20 pack townhouse projects.

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate

- 5 years experience in residential estimating

- Experience with townhouse or medium density highly regarded

- Databuild experience

- Strong eye for detail and quality





- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
