As a Senior Field Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and fault-finding of telecommunications services across customer premises and network infrastructure. Working autonomously, you will attend service calls, investigate and resolve technical issues, complete preventative maintenance activities, support network upgrades, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role suits experienced telecommunications professionals and technicians with strong fault-finding abilities who enjoy working independently and solving complex technical problems.What you'll need to succeed

- Previous telecommunications, cabling or field technician experience
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- ACMA Cabling Licence highly regarded




- Certificate III or IV in Telecommunications highly regarded
- Experience working independently in a field-based environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Clean driving history with no serious driving offences
