This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a varied role across transactional finance, reconciliations, compliance and month-end activities.
/n Your current role /n Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day finance function and supporting accurate financial operations.Key responsibilities include: /n /n
- End-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable
/n
- Bank, credit card, debtor and creditor reconciliations
/n
- Month-end processing and financial administration
/n
- Preparation and lodgement of IAS and support with BAS requirements
/n
- Maintaining fixed asset registers and finance records
/n
- Assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities
/n
- Payroll support and leave cover as required
/n
- Supporting financial reporting and general finance operations
/n What you'll need to succeed /n
/nTo be successful, you will demonstrate:/n /n
- Previous experience in a Senior Finance Officer or similar role
/n
- Strong accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation experience
/n
- Experience supporting month-end processes
/n
- Exposure to payroll, GST, BAS or IAS requirements
/n
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
/n
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
/n
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to a new environment
