About the Company TOM People and I are working with a large, ASX listed consumer business to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst - Investments . This organisation continues to invest heavily in digital transformation, automation, and customer fulfilment capabilities, with a significant pipeline of strategic projects designed to support long-term growth and enhance customer experience.

The Chance

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating and monitoring major capital investments across digital and operational platforms. This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen, advanced financial modelling capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop complex financial models and investment cases to support major strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of approved investments and provide recommendations to optimise outcomes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather operational inputs and assess project viability.
- Prepare presentations and insights for executive decision-making and investment approval processes.
- Support capital forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and broader commercial analysis activities

About You

- CA/CPA/CFA qualified with 5+ years’ experience, ideally with a big-4 advisory background.
- Advanced financial modelling and investment appraisal capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience within corporate finance, transaction services, infrastructure, retail, or investment analysis
