Fallachi Hair is looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser who enjoys both cutting and colouring and wants to work alongside a supportive, experienced team.

Established in 1996, our family-run salon has spent 30 years building lasting relationships with clients in Berwick. We offer a beautiful space to work, an established clientele and a team that takes pride in looking after both our clients and one another.

About the role

You’ll provide thoughtful consultations, personalised advice and beautiful results across cutting, colouring and styling. We’re looking for confidence in:
- Ladies’ cutting, restyling and finishing
- Colour consultations, formulation, tints and grey coverage
- Foiling, blondes and toning
- Balayage and dimensional colour
- Blowaves and styling

Just as important as your technical skills is the care you bring to each appointment: listening to your client, understanding what they want and helping them leave feeling their best.

You’re a qualified, experienced hairdresser who:
- Is confident in both cutting and colouring
- Takes pride in consistently high-quality work
- Communicates clearly and makes clients feel comfortable
- Is reliable, organised and professional
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Wants a salon where you can settle in and build lasting client relationships
