We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Consultant to join a leading technology services environment, delivering complex infrastructure, Microsoft security and datacentre solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on senior delivery role , working directly with customers to implement and support technology solutions. While there is an element of solution design and presales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver complex infrastructure, Microsoft security and datacentre projects.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support solution design, estimates, proposals and technical documentation.
- Act as the senior technical contact throughout project delivery.
- Manage technical risks, changes and delivery dependencies.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior consultants.
- Support presales activities and customer presentations where required.

- Microsoft Security: Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, PIM and Identity




- Azure & Microsoft 365: Azure and M365 security services
- Virtualisation: VMware and Hyper-V
- Compute: Cisco UCS and FlashStack
- Storage: Pure Storage and Dell Storage
- Backup & Recovery: Veeam
- Datacentre: Fibre Channel, Cisco MDS and enterprise datacentre infrastructure

About You

You will ideally have

- 5+ years' experience in a senior technical consulting or infrastructure delivery role.
- Experience working within a System Integrator / IT Services environment .
- Solid hands-on experience delivering infrastructure and/or security solutions.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience supporting presales, solution estimation and technical documentation.
- The ability to work across multiple technology domains and lead technical delivery.
