Help bring Cali Press to Melbourne

Cali Press is a café brand known for fresh, wholesome, feel-good food, with 19+ cafés across NSW and our own production kitchen. In November, we're opening our very first Melbourne site and we need experienced kitchen talent to make it a success.

As a Senior Kitchen Team Member, you'll be one of the most important people in the kitchen, keeping service running smoothly, holding the standard on every plate and helping to train the new team as we open.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and plating our menu to spec during busy all-day service
- Running sections and supporting the team through the peaks
- Prep, stock rotation and ordering
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and compliant
- Coaching and training newer team members so everyone delivers the same quality, every time.

What we're looking for

- 1+ years' experience in a quick-paced café or restaurant kitchen
- Strong culinary skills, speed and consistency under pressure
- Solid understanding of food safety




- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others improve
- Passion for fresh, healthy, quality produce
- Reliable, punctual and proud of your work
- Full working rights in Australia
