What you will do as the Senior Manager The Senior Manager, Stakeholder Engagement and Public Education, leads the Council's national engagement, education and communications program.

As the Senior Manager, you will:

- Develop and implement the Council's stakeholder engagement strategy under the Intergovernmental and Federation Funding Agreements.
- Lead public education and advocacy on competition and productivity-enhancing reform.




- Prepare communication strategies, educational materials, web content, speeches, publications and digital content.
- Coordinate public consultation for reviews, annual assessments and other Council work.

About you In order to succeed in the role, you will have: All candidates are expected to meet the APS Integrated Leadership Profile (ILS) for the classification advertised. Follow the link for more information on the ILS. This role in particular requires:

- Demonstrated experience leading a team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder engagement, communications or public policy programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategic engagement and communication plans.
- Experience managing relationships with senior government, industry and community stakeholders.
- Sound judgement and ability to communicate complex policy issues clearly.
- Experience working in a Commonwealth, State or Territory policy workplace is highly regarded.
