About your current role:

As a Rural Generalist with Advanced Skills in Internal Medicine, your new role you will...

Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.

Active involvement in all clinical governance activities in the workplace - e.g. Clinical Care Review Meetings, Mortality and Morbidity Review Meetings and Death Reviews.

Provision of population health services to the local community or communities served, including active participation in community health programs

As a Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employee, not only will you receive a competitive base salary (total remuneration):

Salary up to $281 545 per annum full time (L25 - L27)

Remuneration up to $472,871 per annum full time (L25 - L27) or,





Salary up to $257 932 per annum full time (L18 - L24)

Remuneration up to $432,438 per annum full time (L18 - L24) or,

Salary up to $192 257 per annum full time (L13)

Remuneration up to $314,700 per annum full time (L13)

You will also have access to:

Attraction & retention allowance (up to 50% of base salary)

Inaccessibility incentive allowance (Category 5 $20,700 per annum full time 100% paid after 12 months service)
