The Role
We are seeking a full time, experienced personal injuries Paralegal to join our Gold Coast team.
The ideal candidates will:-
- have a minimum of 2 years of recent paralegal experience working in Queensland personal injury law;
- be highly organised, display attention to detail and be blessed with good time management skills;
- be a positive team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients and their teammates.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:-
- assisting a senior lawyer with the efficient management of personal injuries files;
- liaising with clients, other parties, doctors and the like;
- drafting documents, including claim forms, court documents, briefs and correspondence;
- managing diaries and scheduling appointments; and
- undertaking general file management tasks.
We do not time record or micro-manage, but support our team in their career development.
This is a full time in-office role, which is not suitable for a student seeking part-time work, or a law graduate seeking short term progression to a lawyer role.
