Key Responsibilities

- Champion world-class UI/UX design, transforming complex user problems into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.




- Take ownership of the design process from initial conception and low/high-fidelity interactive prototyping to MVP and full-scale adoption.
- Apply a commercial mindset to identify product evolution versus iteration opportunities, ensuring design strategies align with the overarching vision and metrics.
- Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Motion/Visual Designers, and Strategic Leads, fostering an open environment for design jams, critiques, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) while promoting accessibility best practices across all digital touchpoints.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, backed by proven enterprise-level experience and product leadership expertise.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, interactive prototyping, and delivered product outcomes across web and mobile platforms.
- Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Information Science, Computer Science (UX/UI emphasis), Graphic Design (UX/UI emphasis), or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on expertise building interactive prototypes using modern tools, alongside practical experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, ZeroHeight, JIRA, Confluence, etc.




- Demonstrated history of accountability and performance delivery, consistently driving products to meet or exceed business objectives.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate collaboratively and transparently across a matrixed organization.
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles across devices, alongside practical experience operating within Agile, Lean, and HCD environments.
