Blue Sphynx Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a small team supporting an international mining company through a significant people, operating model and technology transformation.

The program brings together changes to how the business operates, delivers people services and uses technology, including SAP SuccessFactors optimisation and ServiceNow implementation.

This is a strategic change leadership role , with responsibility for connecting business objectives, delivery plans and organisational readiness. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the program team to ensure change is understood, owned and embedded across a complex global organisation.

The opportunity

You will

- Define and lead an integrated change strategy across technology, process and operating model changes.
- Partner with senior leaders to build alignment, strengthen sponsorship and guide decisions on change impacts, sequencing and readiness.
- Anticipate organisational impacts, dependencies and adoption risks, translating these into practical recommendations and action.
- Ensure business readiness informs implementation plans and delivery milestones.
- Provide strategic direction to the existing change management capability, aligning stakeholder engagement, communications and training with the broader transformation.




- Establish meaningful measures of readiness and adoption, maintaining visibility of progress and areas requiring intervention.

What you will bring

- At least 10 years’ experience leading change for technology implementations and operating model transformations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining close enough to delivery to turn plans into outcomes.
- Strong senior executive engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and constructively challenge assumptions.
- Experience navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
- Experience with SAP products, preferably SuccessFactors , is preferred.
- Experience in Mining or global transformation experience is essential.
- A cooperative approach, positive attitude and the initiative to anticipate what needs to happen and move it forward.
