Darebin City Council is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner. This hands-on role partners with leaders to provide expert employee relations advice, manage complex matters, and proactively mitigate workforce risk across a diverse organisation. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering & Workplace Relations, you will lead investigations, support change, analyse workforce data and drive contemporary people practices with a robust on-site presence across Council sites.
