To be successful you must have the following:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline, with extensive industry experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks, set priorities, and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
- Solid understanding of commercial requirements, tender processes, and project delivery.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across all levels of the business.

Opportunity:

They are seeking to appoint two Senior Cost Planners to support upcoming ECI projects and strengthen their existing estimating and cost planning team through additional capability, technical expertise, and leadership. You will be reporting to the Planning Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record delivering cost planning services on large-scale projects valued at $100m and above, ideally within a Tier 1 construction environment.
