Catalyst's offensive team has grown from one to six in just over a year, and we're looking for experienced senior-level practitioners to join the crew.

You'll work across a range of offensive engagements for government and commercial clients in Australia and overseas, with all work performed onshore in Australia (we're flexible in terms of where in Australia). We're less interested in a polished CV than in a good conversation about what you want to be doing and why Catalyst might be the place to do it.

What you'll bring

- A demonstrated track record of regular, hands-on offensive testing over several years
- Proven capability and experience at Senior or Principal level (we'll also talk to solid candidates ready to step up, provided you can show evidence you're already delivering consistently at that level)




- Australian citizenship and a current AGSVA clearance (Baseline or higher), or the ability to obtain one before you start
- OffSec OSCP or HTB CPTS certification
- Practical experience using frontier and/or open-weight AI models to augment your human-led testing, and the ability to tell us what worked, what didn't, and how you keep a human in charge

Highly regarded

- Additional practical offensive certifications (OffSec, HTB, Zero-Point Security, SANS GIAC)
