Our engineering team is elite and turbo-charged by AI. We merged over 650 pull requests last month alone, which is the kind of output you would expect from a company ten times our size. We are putting our money where our mouth is by investing over $100,000 every single month into AI infrastructure and R&D.;

Renovations (The One-Person Back Office)

Our customers' offices are drowning in admin. Every task a technician completes has to be checked, closed and archived by someone in the office. That backlog eats the attention complex work deserves. Invoices go out late, quotes take longer to create, and businesses end up hiring more administrators just to keep up with their own growth.

We want a fire business to run its back office with dramatically fewer people. Every high-volume, low-complexity admin step is a candidate for deletion. We have already redesigned the task page and started building auto-close. Now we need someone to redesign the next major workflows and do the hard yards to get customers trusting automation with their day-to-day.

What you will work on:

- Auto-closing routine tasks. Routine work makes up most of what our customers do every month. Your job is to make sure the task page handles the messy cases as well as the easy ones, so office time per task drops towards zero.
- Automating defect quotes. Most defect quotes start life on a task, but very few are actually sent from it.



Generating draft quotes automatically lets those tasks close on their own and moves the office's decisions to the quote list, where they belong.

You will work directly with our Group Product Lead and your product manager to redesign the workflows our customers run their businesses on, so the office only touches the work that needs a human. Why join Uptick?
