The role

This newly created senior leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director. You'll build Blue Flag's Project Management Office from the ground up and own the delivery of our strategic programs across the business. That means setting the governance, standards and rhythm that turn priorities into results, on time and on budget.

What you'll do

- Establish and lead the PMO, including the frameworks, methodology, tools and reporting the business will run on
- Lead delivery of strategic programs across product, data and training, and manage the dependencies between them
- Own portfolio-level budgets, resourcing and risk, and escalate early and clearly
- Give the MD and leadership team sharp, regular reporting on status, risks and outcomes




- Make sure business cases, documentation and approvals meet governance requirements
- Lift delivery capability across the organisation through coaching, lessons learned and continuous improvement

Who we're looking for

- A proven record of running large programs or multiple concurrent projects end to end
- Experience setting up or running a PMO. Building one from scratch is a strong advantage.•

Strong financial discipline, with hands-on budget planning and tracking
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence, prioritise and hold people to commitments
- An analytical, organised and results-driven approach to working across functions
- A degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field, a PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification, or a CPA/CA qualification would be an advantage
