AIC Mines owns and operates the Eloise Copper Mine and holds a large and enviable strategic tenement package in the region and surrounding the mine in the world class copper region of Cloncurry/Mt Isa. AIC Mines owns the Eloise Copper Mine located 65 km from Cloncurry, QLD and has recently commenced an expansion of the Eloise operation with the commencement of the nearby Jericho resource. The Company also owns a portfolio copper and gold exploration projects located across Australia and intends to acquire the Mt Cuthbert development project in November 2026.

AIC Mines is also progressing a number of other exploration projects in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Geologist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, budgeting and execution of programs to ensure the delivery of discoveries and resources growth.



This is an prospect to be part of a team defining future additions to sustain the Eloise-Jericho operations through resource growth and discovery of standalone deposits. A FIFO roster on a 8:6 basis from Townsville or Brisbane to Cloncurry is required to match field and personnel management requirements as supplemented with office-based activities.

Role Requirements:

- Schedule, implement and manage exploration programs in the near mine environment for mineable resource extensions

- Manage and coordinate reserve and resource programs to build a resources base via conversion, extension, and discovery, ensuring quality geology data and interpretation/wireframing

- Supervise the integration of datasets derived from mapping, structural geology, geophysics, geochemistry and drilling

- Apply new methods and thinking to explore undercover to supply a robust pipeline of targets from early stage to advanced in the Eloise Regional Project

- Maintain HSE standards and ensure strict compliance within the regulatory requirements.

About You:

- A minimum of 8 years' experience in exploration and mining roles

- Experience working in base and precious metal deposits; with preference for experience in ISCG-IOCG systems

- Proficiencies with GIS & 3D/4D modelling software such as Leapfrog Geo™ and Micromine™

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organisational, planning, and decision-making skills and a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, accountability, and independent judgment

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders both within and outside the company to promote inter-team communication.

- Drive for innovative and collaborative approaches across-disciplines to optimise exploration to mine to mill geological practices and data custody.
