We are partnering with a leading and highly respected organisation within the construction industry to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, commercial, and stakeholder objectives are achieved.

About the role:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, programs, resources, and risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project performance across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to senior management.
- Ensure contractual and commercial obligations are effectively managed.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the construction industry.




- Experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial, infrastructure, industrial, or civil projects.
- Robust leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent commercial and contract management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
