We’re big enough to deliver career-defining work across Australia, but small enough that your contribution is seen, your input is valued and the work you do matters. /n /n We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of some of our bigger, more complex fitout projects – the ones that need strong leadership, clear thinking and someone who knows how to get it done. /n /n This is a key role in our Delivery team, owning projects end-to-end while guiding and lifting the capability of the team around you. /n /n The role /n As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the on-field captain – keeping projects on track, making sound decisions under pressure, and driving robust commercial and delivery outcomes. /n /n You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery, working closely with your delivery team (CA/PC, Site Manager) and key stakeholders to keep projects aligned and performing. /n /n You’ll also play a key role in the overall client experience, making sure projects are run in a way that keeps clients informed, supported and confident throughout delivery. /n /n What you’ll be responsible for /n /n

- Leading the delivery of complex or higher-value fitout projects from planning through to completion

/n

- Managing programme, cost, quality and risk to ensure strong project outcomes

/n

- Driving commercial performance, including forecasts,



variations and cost control

/n

- Providing day-to-day guidance to CAs, PCs and Site Managers

/n

- Identifying and managing risks early, before they impact delivery

/n

- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

/n

- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, compliance and reporting

/n /n /n Experience we’re looking for /n /n

- Significant experience delivering $5m – $20m complex fitout projects end-to-end

/n

- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams across delivery

/n

- Strong understanding of commercial, contractual and delivery risk

/n

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation

/n

- Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management (preferred)

/n

- Driver’s licence (Mandatory)
