All Energy Contracting (AEC) is a leading multidisciplinary construction contractor specialising in renewables and energy infrastructure projects. We deliver projects across solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), high voltage connections, substations, balance of plant and associated civil, electrical and mechanical works.

About the opportunities

Our Queensland pipeline is growing fast, with multiple major solar and BESS projects set to mobilise across the region.

We’re building our delivery leadership team now and inviting experienced Senior Project Managers to register their interest ahead of mobilisation.

Upcoming projects include a 1GW+ utility-scale solar farm in Central Queensland where we’ll deliver the full balance of plant across procurement, civil, mechanical and electrical works. We’re also delivering the complete electrical installation for a hybrid solar and BESS project of around 720MW, covering underground 33kV reticulation, DC and string cabling, terminations, and testing and commissioning support.

These roles will be FIFO from Brisbane, with the option of DIDO for candidates based in regional Queensland.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Project Manager with AEC, you’ll be accountable for project delivery and commercial performance, leading a multidisciplinary team to drive safety, program, cost and quality outcomes.

- Lead project establishment and mobilisation, coordinating governance, approvals, permits, management plans and procurement to ensure construction readiness.
- Coordinate civil, electrical and mechanical works across engineering, procurement and construction, managing interfaces,



sequencing and delivery risks.
- Own the program, budget, forecasting and commercial outcomes, including variations and claims.
- Drive safety, quality and environmental performance throughout delivery.
- Manage subcontractor performance across safety, quality, schedule and contractual commitments.
- Build strong client relationships, resolve issues and maintain confidence in project delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and create a positive, accountable project culture.
- Own and deliver a structured reporting regime covering HSE, program, engineering, procurement, construction, quality, commercial, risk and commissioning.

You’ll be predominantly site-based, with periodic attendance at our Hamilton, Brisbane head office as required.

What you’ll bring

- Experience leading EPC delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally valued between $50m and $800m.
- Strong technical and delivery experience in renewable energy or power infrastructure, including solar, wind, BESS, HV or balance of plant.
- Strong commercial judgement and experience managing project financial performance, contracts and risk.
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors through complex delivery.
- A practical approach to solving problems, making decisions and building trusted client relationships.
- Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
