The role

Help shape how the Office of the Secretary works and performs by leading projects that improve systems, streamline processes and build capability across teams. You'll create practical solutions that support innovation, continuous learning and better experiences for staff.

Working with a broad range of stakeholders, you'll influence meaningful change, deliver strategic initiatives and help drive priorities that support the department's ongoing success.

What you will bring to the role

- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve shared outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse complex issues, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, responding positively to change and thriving in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong presentation and communication skills,



with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations, reports and stakeholder communications.

What is an essential requirement:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business improvement, change management practices, project management, or related field or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
