Chapman Real Estate is growing, and we're looking for an organised, motivated and reliable person to join our Property Management team in the Lower Blue Mountains.

Whether you're an experienced Property Manager looking for a change or someone with strong transferable skills interested in starting a career in real estate, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position, with potential for flexible hours for the right applicant.

About the role

You'll be joining an established and supportive team, working together to manage an existing property portfolio.

We're focused on creating a collaborative environment where responsibilities are shared, systems are streamlined and everyone plays a part in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

- Coordinating maintenance, inspections and property-related matters

- Managing follow-ups, documentation and daily tasks

- Supporting the ongoing management of an established portfolio

- Working closely with the team to ensure matters are handled efficiently and professionally

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Confident communicating with people and building relationships

- Reliable, proactive and able to follow tasks through to completion





- Comfortable managing competing priorities and solving problems

- Confident with technology and willing to learn new systems

- Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Previous Property Management experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential.

We also welcome applicants from administration, customer service, operations, scheduling or other industries where organisation, communication and problem-solving are key.

For the right person, attitude, initiative and the ability to learn are just as important as experience.

Applicants new to real estate will need to meet the relevant NSW registration requirements before undertaking regulated duties.
