The Opportunity

Reporting to the NSW Purchasing Manager, you will join an experienced team and take responsibility for a broad range of purchasing, inventory and supplier management activities.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing end-to-end purchasing, purchase orders and stock replenishment.
- Monitoring inventory levels, sales demand and supplier lead times.
- Building strong supplier relationships, reviewing pricing and resolving supply issues.
- Supporting inventory forecasting, planning and customer projects.
- Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier information within the ERP system.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

About You





We are looking for someone with a solid purchasing background who enjoys working in a busy commercial environment and is keen to take on more responsibility.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory management within wholesale distribution, FMCG, hospitality supplies or a similar environment. Other industries will be considered.
- A positive understanding of stock replenishment, inventory planning and supplier management.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Pronto, and positive Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, positive approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
