Total Tools Mount Barker is looking for a Full-Time Senior Retail Sales Assistant, are you a motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative, leading by example, and contributing to a positive team culture. While knowledge of tools and trade products would be highly regarded, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, a customer first mindset, and a genuine desire to grow within a successful and supportive business.

What will you be doing?

- Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting customers with product information and tailored solutions
- Supporting customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards
- Processing customer orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Taking ownership of daily tasks and contributing to the overall success of the store
- Supporting and motivating team members through a positive and collaborative approach

- Tool and trade product knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
