About the Role

The company is currently seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail store, drive sales performance, manage store staff and maintain high standards of customer service. The role will support the store’s commercial performance through effective retail operations, product presentation, customer engagement and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring effective store performance and smooth customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement and overall store profitability.
- Manage the presentation and promotion of consumer electronics products, ensuring products are effectively displayed and aligned with customer demand.
- Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to support product planning,



inventory management and business improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional advice on mobile devices, accessories and related technology products.
- Coordinate store staff activities, provide guidance and support to team members, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Assist with the implementation of operational procedures, reporting processes and business policies to maintain consistent service standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance retail processes, improve customer experience and support the company’s ongoing growth.

Qualifications & experience:
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum of two years of relevant retail management experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management and customer service.
- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse sales performance, manage priorities and support store performance.
- Experience in consumer electronics retail or technology products is highly desirable.
