About The Role In this diverse and rewarding role, you will:

- Manage and coordinate complex debt recovery matters from assessment through to resolution.

- Negotiate payment arrangements and work collaboratively with financially disadvantaged clients and their representatives.

- Analyse outstanding debt files and determine appropriate recovery strategies.

- Provide expert advice and support to internal stakeholders on debt management policies and procedures.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, recommendations and financial reconciliations.

- Liaise with legal practitioners,



government agencies and other stakeholders on complex matters.

- Prepare and manage mortgages and other security documents, including liaison with relevant external parties.

- Contribute to process improvements, internal controls and compliance activities.

- Assist with asset accounting activities and support broader finance team initiatives.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in debt recovery, accounts receivable, revenue management or a related finance workplace.

- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Can confidently manage competing priorities and work independently.

- Communicates effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients experiencing complex circumstances.

- Is highly organised, detail-focused and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

- Enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.
