:

The role will be responsible for designing and implementing data transformations within Salesforce Data 360, including cleansing, normalisation, deduplication, aggregation and the creation of service level targeting records for campaign activation and personalisation. The candidate should be comfortable defining DLO to DMO mappings, supporting batch and streaming data transformations, troubleshooting activation pipelines and ensuring data quality, reconciliation and operational reliability.

Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake or broader lakehouse data platforms is desirable, particularly where data is prepared upstream and integrated into Data 360 for marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions on the Salesforce Communication Cloud platform.




- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud.
- Solid proficiency in prog lang such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.
- DLO to DMO mappings.
- Expertise across Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), identity and relationship modelling, segmentation, consent
