EPL International is a highly successful and growing privately owned Freight Forwarding company based in Matraville. We are currently looking for an outstanding Senior Sea Freight Import Operator and Customer Service professional to join our the EPL team.

In this role you will be responsible for Sea freight import operations and customer service.

Tasks required include but are not limited to:

- Communicating and liaising with clients, shipping lines, transport operators and overseas agents
- Advanced use of CargoWise
- Co-ordinating shipments for pickup and delivery by transport providers
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times

You must possess: a minimum of 3 years freight forwarding experience, attention to detail,



a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent written & verbal communication skills (in English), and be a solid contributor to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and growing team that takes pride in delivering the highest quality service to its expanding and valued clients.
