About the role The Forbes Medical Imaging team are seeking a qualified Sonographer to support the delivery of Diagnostic Imaging services within Forbes Hospital.

In this role, you will offer a variety of scan types and play an important part in improving access to healthcare for people in our rural community. You will be supported by an experienced Senior Sonographer who will be available for guidance.

Preferred applicants will be dual registered Radiographers who are willing to participate in X-Ray and CT duties (including On-Call work) as required.

Medical Imaging is an independent business unit operating in WNSWLHD and supplying diagnostic imaging services to many facilities across WNSW. This role will primarily be required to cover imaging services within Lachlan Health Service – Forbes Hospital and potentially some commutable satellite sites on an ad-hoc basis.
