Victoria’s Secret is seeking an accomplished Senior Store Manager to lead our Mount Gravatt store.

This is a significant leadership opportunity for a commercially driven retail professional with proven experience leading big-box, large-format or high-volume retail operations, as well as demonstrated multi-site leadership experience.

This is not a first-time Store Manager prospect. We are looking for an established senior leader who can confidently take ownership of a complex retail environment, elevate commercial performance, build leadership capability and create a highly engaged, accountable store culture.

The Opportunity

As Senior Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance of Victoria’s Secret Mount Gravatt across sales, people, customer experience, operations and profitability.

You will lead from the shop floor, set clear performance expectations and develop a strong leadership team capable of driving the business consistently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Taking complete ownership of store sales, profitability and operational performance

- Driving key performance indicators, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and category performance

- Managing labour investment, productivity, rostering and workforce planning

- Leading, coaching and developing a sizeable store team

- Building the capability, confidence and accountability of your leadership team

- Identifying and developing future leaders through structured succession planning

- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performance store culture

- Setting clear expectations and addressing performance issues confidently and fairly

- Delivering an elevated, memorable and consistent customer experience

- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and global brand standards

- Ensuring strong stock management, loss prevention, compliance and operational execution

- Leading recruitment, onboarding, training and team retention





- Partnering effectively with State, Brand and Support Office teams

- Using commercial data to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable action

What You Will Bring To be considered for this senior appointment, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Current or recent Senior Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Cluster Manager or Area Manager experience

- Proven leadership experience within big-box, large-format, department store or high-volume retail

- Experience overseeing multiple stores, locations or significant cross-store responsibilities
- A strong record of improving sales, profitability, customer experience and key performance indicators

- Experience managing substantial labour budgets, complex rosters and large retail teams

- Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting retail performance data

- Demonstrated success building leadership capability and developing future Store Managers

- Experience strengthening team culture, engagement, accountability and retention

- Confidence managing underperformance and making commercially sound decisions

- Strong operational, stock management and loss-prevention capability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A visible, hands-on leadership style with a genuine commitment to being present on the shop floor

- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, peak periods and public holidays

Experience within premium fashion, lingerie, beauty or customer-led specialty retail will be advantageous. However, the strength and scale of your leadership experience will be the priority.
