We’re looking for an experienced Senior Store Manager who brings strong leadership, commercial awareness and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

This is an opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is confident managing a store, developing their team and taking ownership of performance, behaviour, loss prevention and operational standards.

You’ll predominantly be based at one store, building strong relationships with your team and driving consistent results. There may be an prospect to move between stores where business needs require additional leadership support.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Lead and develop a high-performing retail team
- Set clear expectations around performance, behaviour and customer experience
- Manage and address performance and behavioural concerns confidently
- Drive strong sales, productivity and operational results
- Take ownership of loss prevention, stock management and stocktake results
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, store presentation and operations
- Coach and develop future leaders within your team
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create an accountable, positive and high-performing team culture




- Partner with your Regional Manager and broader leadership team to achieve business goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proven retail leader with:
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a Senior Store Manager
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Confidence managing performance and behavioural concerns
- Strong understanding of loss prevention and stock management
- Experience managing and improving stocktake results
- A proven ability to drive sales and operational performance
- Strong commercial awareness and accountability
- The confidence to make decisions and have difficult conversations when required
- Resilience, maturity and a calm approach to challenging situations
- A genuine passion for developing people and building strong teams
