You'll thrive in this position if you:

- Have hands-on experience with SEO and keyword research tools, especially SE Ranking and Semrush
- Love hitting deadlines and keeping everyone in the loop
- Feel confident being the main point of contact for clients and managing their expectations
- Know how to spot risks early and fix them before they affect delivery
- Enjoy coordinating designers, content creators and marketing specialists
- Have experience in digital marketing, SEO and paid ads (Google Ads, ) in an agency or similar environment

What you'll be doing:

- Planning, scheduling and managing multiple client projects from onboarding to delivery
- Using SE Ranking, Semrush and other research tools to support keyword research, rank tracking and competitor analysis




- Running regular client check-ins and progress updates, and handling feedback and revisions
- Keeping the team on track by assigning tasks and monitoring workloads
- Tracking budgets, scope and resources, and flagging changes early
- Supporting SEO and ads strategy so campaigns are delivered as planned
- Reporting campaign results and performance insights to clients

Highly regarded:

- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, including setting up, interpreting and reporting on data, will set you apart
