Service Adviser – Maroochydore GWM & Renault/n Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our growing aftersales team. /n This is a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Previous automotive experience is desirable, however training will be provided for the right candidate — you do not need to be technically minded to succeed in this role. About the Role/n As a Service Adviser, you will be the link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from booking through to vehicle collection. /n Your day-to-day duties will include: /n /n

- Assisting customers with service bookings and enquiries

/n

- Preparing repair orders and maintaining accurate records

/n

- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process

/n

- Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff

/n

- Providing exceptional customer service at all times

/n





- General administration and follow-up tasks

/n About You/n We are looking for someone who: /n /n

- Has excellent communication and people skills

/n

- Is organised with strong attention to detail

/n

- Enjoys administration and customer interaction

/n

- Can work well in a busy team environment

- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

/n

- Holds a current and valid driver licence (mandatory)

- Previous dealership or automotive experience is desirable but not essential
