Previous dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential—we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. About the Role/n As a Service Adviser, you’ll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional service experience. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings

/n

- Preparing repair orders and recording customer concerns

/n

- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

/n

- Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs

/n

- Recommending additional maintenance where appropriate

/n

- Organising loan vehicles when required

/n

- Processing invoices and explaining completed work

/n

- Delivering outstanding customer service every day

/n About You/n You’ll be someone who: /n /n





- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service

/n

- Has excellent communication skills

/n

- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks

/n

- Has strong computer skills and attention to detail

/n

- Thrives in a busy team setting

/n

- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence

/n /n Previous experience as a Service Adviser or within the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy helping people, we’ll provide all the training you need.
