The Yacht Sales Co. is seeking a Service Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at The Boat Works on the Gold Coast, Australia. This is a part-time role and can be based around flexible hours that fit your lifestyle.

We’re looking for an organised, motivated administrator to partner with our hands-on Service Technician and keep our owners’ service and warranty work moving, from first call to final sign-off!

What Your Days Could Look Like:

Logging and managing service requests from our yacht owners in Zoho Desk

Keeping owners updated until every job is complete

Preparing and tracking warranty claims with our factory partners in France

Scheduling our Service Technician,



ordering parts and arranging boat access

Booking contractors, issuing purchase orders and checking invoices

Invoicing service work using MYOB and Xero

Keeping our sales team in the loop on their owners’ service needs

Any other administrative tasks as required

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

- Previous experience in administration, customer service or office coordination
- Strong organisation and clear written communication
- Confidence working with CRMs or ticketing systems, Microsoft Office and invoicing
- A calm, friendly attitude and the persistence to see things through to the end
- Boat knowledge or French language skills an advantage but not required
