/n We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive and industrial customers at our Wodonga branch. /n /n Whether you have previous Service Advisor experience or are looking to step into the role, we are happy to train the right person! /n /n In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: /n /n
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service throughout the repair process
/n
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, job progress and expected timelines
/n
- Quote customers, plan jobs, create work orders and schedule vehicles for service
/n
- Check parts availability and coordinate with technicians and the Parts team to keep jobs moving
/n
- Process invoices, accounts and purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely administration
/n
- Maintain accurate records and follow procedures within the service management system
/n
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish

Responsibilities/n
/n To be successful in this role you will need the following: /n /n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid IT capabilities
/n
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
/n
- Previous Service Advisor, automotive, warranty or similar customer-facing experience is desirable
/n
- An understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices and purchase orders is highly desirable
/n
- Robust organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities
/n
- Technical experience is not essential, however an interest in the automotive, mining or industrial environment would be beneficial
/n /n

- Full Time / 38 Hours per week

- Competitive Hourly Rate

- Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
