We’re continuing to grow our Linen Hub™ operations and are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to help keep our Linen Hub model running smoothly in the Gold Coast region. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll work across customers, transport, stock, logistics and internal teams to make sure orders are accurate, on time and ready to go.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations, monitoring stock levels, managing transport movements and resolving customer discrepancies. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, solving problems and making sure things happen when they need to, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate the packing, collection and delivery of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor linen movements between hubs and maintain stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Manage transport schedules and update TMS systems, including RADARO.
- Monitor linen collections and returns, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock replenishment by working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
- Work across Commercial, Service, Despatch and Operations teams to resolve issues and keep the Linen Hub™ running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in service coordination, logistics, inventory management or a similar operational workplace.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with customers and internal teams.




- Experience using logistics, inventory or operational systems, with familiarity with TMS platforms such as RADARO an advantage.
- Understanding of RFID, linen collection/return processes or a similar tracking environment will be highly regarded.
- A customer-focused, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly.
