Pathfinder Recruitment is excited to bring to market a recent opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer working in Melbourne. Working across a broad client base you will be servicing many SMB's. This is a excellent team with a supportive work culture. This role will be office based and suits a candidate with 12+ months previous experience in a help-desk/service desk role who is looking to gain valuable IT skills.

Skills & Experience

- 12+ months experience working in an MSP supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.
- Previous experience working in an MSP environment
- Queue Management experience a bonus
- Experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimising severs, networks and other critical IT infrastructure
- Good understanding of virtualisation technologies
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment

Requirements
- Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications
- Drivers licence
- Must hold PR or be an Australian Citizen to apply
